Can't fault the service of reception staff. Gardens need maintenance. Happily surprised to find we had a bath in the room. But disappointed the microwave and fridge were dirty and had dog hair.
Had 3 nights here in late Feb. Older-style motel but room clean and comfortable, very smart bathroom had been refurbished. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the restaurant, superb meals at good prices, very competent chef. Updated Wifi installation too. Handy for the Mary Valley Rattler train.

Clean tidy and comfortable very friendly people good location meal was terrifc would stay again next time. Thankyou
Would never stay at this Motel again! Room very run down. Pet friendly room was unclean, multiple urine stains on the carpet and a foul urine odour present. Carpet is a very bad idea in a pet room. Bench tops were unclean. no hot water in the Shower. Cockroaches +++. Certainly not worthy of the $185 price tag. Horrified to find that two days later after checkout and without any consultation or proof provided another $200 dollars has been charged from my bankcard with an email stating that there was dog faeces on the bed. You have got to be kidding! Never, never again!!!!!
