Ordered a Metallic ink and paid for it through Virginia store after explaining I could get inks with 6 months shelf life but I wanted better I was given assurances ink would be longest life as it was coming from Roland Japan New inks have a 2 year shelf life, after paying full price with new price increases and after waiting 17 days normally 3 daysfor delivery the ink turns up from Willawong store with 4 months and 16 days expiry life left on it, not the 12 months or better minimum I was assured and after complaining I got the runaround blame game and offered a $29 compensation or a full refund on a $330 ink that had 1/4 shelf life left and took 17 days delivery, don't waste your time or money on this company they didn't deliver what they assured me and took my money, unprofessional at best dishonest at worst imo.
I have recently switched my supplier to GA Mart Specifically the Willawong branch. I have had nothing but outstanding service and quality products.nMelissa in particular has been amazing, she is quick to respond and has answered all of my queries, very professional and friendly.
First order with them. Friendly helpful team. Courier damaged my order, sent them photos and they replaced no hassle. Good people to do business with and fair pricing for quality product.
Constantly chasing the office for a call back on a printer. Iv made 4 calls to follow up and still no reply or follow up from sales team
