Story

Grande Forno Bistro is a charming, understated neighbourhood pizza place and restaurant. In this case, the neighbourhood we refer to is Ashwood - 25 minutes south-east of Melbourne.

Grande Forno Bistro has stood in its Warrigal Road spot since 1998, which would make it roughly fifteen years old. Which is definitely nothing to be scoffed at; obviously Grande Forno Bistro is doing something right.

The popular restaurant provides locals with a high quality takeaway pizza option, and is a buzzing location nightly for a casual meal. The pizzas are woodfired (the only way to do it, frankly), and range in toppings from the simple and well-loved to the rather more exotic.

Grande Forno Bistro also boasts a private function space for events, whether they be sit-down, or arranged in a cocktail style setting.

Grande Forno Bistro is found along Warrigal Road in Ashwood, near the corner of High Street Road. Ashwood locals will be well versed with that intersection, no doubt - it’s the gateway to Chadstone, boasts a supermarket, and is in possession of a bustling set of shops.
