Clint Ute Centre & Dakota were absolutely amazing to deal with!! If you want no hassle drama free service, come see Clint!nnThanks very much, super happy with the car!
I dropped off my vehicle at the mechanic on 31st December to evaluate an issue I was experiencing with the brakes feeling spongy. On that day, the mechanic identified the cause of the problem, provided a quote for the replacement part and repair, and I agreed to proceed. However, after the repair was completed, I was informed that the actual cause of the malfunction was a different part that now needs to be replaced.nnThis reflects poor service, as I incurred an unnecessary expense without the issue being resolved or being properly advised of the risks and potential costs. On the day before I was supposed to pick up my car, the service advisor assured me I would receive further updates, including a quote and details on how the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, I have received no communication since then, despite calling and emailing for updates.nnIf you encounter any issues, avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I’m completely disappointed. I paid for a repair and the problem wasn't resolved, and I’ve been left without a proper solution. Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration and stay away from this company!
I had a great experience buying a used car from Aspley Mazda!nZakiah from sales was very friendly and welcoming, and helped me secure a brilliant car :nGrace was very helpful and provided lots of useful info when we spoke over the phone.nBoth were very transparent and capable, and could easily answer all the questions I had about the car, tinting options, future care, etc.nOverall very pleased with the service I received here and the car that I've driven away with :
BEWARE: tore my seat and tried to charge me $100 more on the eftpos machine.nnBooked my service online for 31 august 2024 SaturdaynDrop time: 8AMnPickup time:12 noonnService at 100,000kmsnnI get a video with details of things that needed repair one tyre quoted $245, front control arm quoted $1200, seat cover which was unhooked from bottom quoted $2200. I denied all as they all are available cheaper outside.nnI got a call that there are more cars than usual and now car will be ready at 2pm.nI reach there at 2. My charges were $471 for the service and $80 for tyre rotation and balancing.nnI meet this guy Craig he moves the eftpos machine towards mescreen facing him i had 600 in my smartaccess account, I tap and it failed. I asked how much was it he said $661, I told him but it has to be something around $550. He said oh my bad and did the re calculation and charged $551 this time.nnI sit in the car with the booklet they gave with bill and all. The car did not have a sticker for next service date or km nor did the booklet has that. I left the book at home accidentally but no one asked if I had one.nnI called instantly, I was told I can come on monday to get the entries done.nI reached home and say that seatcover is torn from the bottom on the passenger seatduring handover in the morning I asked them its unhooked from the bottom and if they can fix it.l I get a feedback link and I provided my honest feedback about my experience.nnI reach on monday. Someone other than Craig attends me and said he has seen my feedback and is happy to look at the seat and put the sticker and make the entry in the logbook.nHe said he spoke to two mechanics and they both said seat was like that and nothing can be done before and after picture attached in this review, that is the best I could find in my gallery.nnI came back home and someone named Sam called me and said her boss is out of town and will be back next week and will tell me if they can do anything about it. I asked Sam to let me know whatever it is yes no may be can do cant do, just let me know once you discuss this case with your boss.nnHighly dissatisfied with customer service and complaint resolution and I am yet to hear back from Sam.
I just purchased my first ever mazda after being referred to Aspley mazda by my own clients, and I loved my experience! I got a BT50 and no detail was spared on delivery. Clint was amazing to deal with and understood what i wanted in my new car. My expectations were exceeded, and the tiny details that went into making my car unique are second to none. Kev, Lani and Danni were also so wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process from finance to all the bells and whistles I had put in the car. I will definitely be a retuning customer, and I really appreciated the follow up call 48 hours after picking up my car.
