For a relatively small town it is pretty good. Only two levels, but kept clean and tidy. Good facilities, especially parent rooms. Good assortment of shops. Heaps of parking. Roof top is an easy one to use.3 hr free parking

The shopping centre has a lot of shops on offer.  Staff parking is a ridiculous price at $7:50. I needed a receipt, and I had to ring the intercom and then go through and give my details, name, email, price i paid, etc. all the while holding people up. The best idea would be the boon gates giving us a receipt with a push of a button like Westfield do.

Grand Central Shopping Centre offers a diverse range of stores, from fashion and electronics to home goods and specialty shops. The center is well-maintained and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere. The center is well-equipped for wheelchair users, with accessible parking and entrances. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak times. The centre comes alive at Christmas.nOverall, Grand Central Shopping Centre is a convenient and welcoming shopping destination in Toowoomba. One store I would like to see in the future would be Sushi D'Lite.nnOwned by the QIC

My single star is down to the fact that there is absolutely no signage directing you to the direct to boot pick up area for Woolworths.nnThe only information you get emailed to you is to enter the carpark from Margaret St however you enter the carpark from Victoria Street. You are then advised to go down the ramp however you actually have to go down to the lower floor. There is basically no signage that directs you to the lower level. I ended up going to the upper level searching for the direct to boot area only to not find it. I then had to call the store to find out where the direct to boot area was and I was advised it was on the lower level!nnThere is a significant problem with the signage that does not exist! I will know where to go for the next collection however the purpose of this review is to be of assistance to anyone else who is going to Grand Central Woolworths to do a direct to boot collection.

Absolutely massive shopping centre across 2 streets, 3 floors. Huge range of big brand stores as well as lots of smaller businesses. First time there and it took me a bit to get my bearings but I was pretty impressed. My Chinese lunch from the food quarter,  was not the best but everything else was above standard. All the staff I interacted with were wonderfully friendly. If you're there for up to 3 hours parking is free so nothing to complain about there. I put off going here because of the sheer size of it. But I'm so glad I went today.
