Very happy with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. No request is too much and very competitively priced. Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else now.
Sales were friendly but couldn't get the price right on a new ranger. Was helpful and we test drove a new ranger. He showed us the features and was not pushy at all. Unfortunately we couldn't do a deal as they were not willing to budge on the price. We ended up purchasing one from a nearby dealer as we were $2000 better off after trade in.
Bad experience on phone with used car team of buying pajero sports asking price $34990 and i ask him is this final price or willing to negotiate he said yes driveway final price i said okay then he ask me what you want to pay i said $31k and he started pretending what what i can't hear you and then he say no bye. Negotiating is you start with lower price why should i say 32 or 33 but he didn't want to sell. If he want he probably tell me his last price. Just don't hang up . Keep you're car mate you missed you're sale.
By far the best dealership mechanic around, Darren pushed my wildtrak through for a roadworthy and done the repairs in 20 minutes so that i could make it to vicroads for rego, they done an excellent job and were very thorough and friendly! Cheers guys
5 out of 5 stars and Grampian Ford Deserve It.. Ordered a new Mustang in March and throughout the wait 10 months to arrive they kept me updated every time they were updated on the arrival in Australia. They got the vehicle 2 days before Xmas. It was Pre-Delivered washed and personally delivered to me at 7pm the same day so I could have it for Xmas. Their service is exceptional and the price very competitive with the City Dealers. A very big thank you to Geoff and the team at Grampian Ford.
