Unfortunately, driving on rural roads with lots of kangaroos I have had the joy of being a regular customer of GWSR. I absolutely love their service, they are so kind and friendly and always go above and beyond for me. Please know that there is always a wait for repairs, this is mostly due to insurance companies, assessor’s approval, slow deliveries on parts etc rather than the efficiency of GWSR team. The quality of the repairs are always great. In the past I have had one minor problem and when I phoned they said to just come in and the issues was fixed while I waited all of 10min. Brilliant customer service and care, thank you.
