Grahams Carpets was recommended to us by a home staging company. We found them to be very professional in all of our dealings with them. We dealt with 'Rochelle' who could not have been more helpful. There was a delay with the original carpet we ordered and she helped us with a suitable substitute, ordering it in on priority and even started getting the carpet laid a day before schedule, which was very helpful to us. The carpet layer did a great job, including using some off cuts to make us some caret protectors for under the three piece suite. They also provided us with the best quote. Highly recommended.

Avoid!! Rude, dismissive customer service from Angela. Carpet rippled up throughout the house within a year and had to fight for 7 months before receiving any appropriate action. Installation is clearly NOT their strength. Carpet was good though. Ended up threatening Fair Trade Ombudsman before getting any positive outcome. Not worth it in the long run.

WORST place to buy carpet, 8 months of dodging phone calls, 4 inspections, and still not resolved. Angela will not accept any responsibility for poor installation and supplied carpet from 2 different batches. very poor service. staff have poor communication between them, everyone blames someone else. nothing but pain from this business, I wish I went anywhere else. always has a different excuse. I am left to go to ACCC to get a result. by the way, Angela didn't even know what the ACCC was. look at the photos, now I'm left with 2 different colours and holes in the carpet where they cut the pulls out. learn from my mistake of spending money here...

These employee's need to communicate with each other better and at least give their carpet layer a mobile phone so he can be contacted. From ordering carpet on a Saturday where the staff member didn't know what the carpet name was or how to fill out an invoice form he assured me he would show the office girl which carpet it was and they would ring me on Monday. I had to ring them on Monday and pay for the carpet, Carpet layer to come 0900 Tuesday, turned up with wrong carpet. Then assured me he would be back the following day at 0900, didn't show up. Rang the office at 1000, spoke to another male person who couldn't care less & told me the carpet layer is old school and doesn't have a mobile phone, they didn't know where he was, maybe he was at the house he couldn't find yesterday in a new estate. Rang again at 1200 still couldn't tell me when he would be here, comes in at 1300 drops off the new carpet and says Im going for lunch will be back in 50 minutes. Wasted a whole day waiting and wondering if he was ever going to turn up. When I mentioned to the male sales person on the phone they needed to communicate better with each other, his reply "Oh well there are a lot of people that work here you know?". Really!!!!
