A big thanks to the team at Graeme horners, I usually dread getting our car serviced, especially with two kids. This however was such a welcome change, really friendly staff, I felt informed every step of the way, and there was a great waiting room with a TV too - the kids were very happy. I can't thank you enough!

First time using Graeme Horners, was blown away by the professionalism of the workers and how they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the work. They made sure to keep my budget in mind too, which was appreciated.

Couldn't be more happy with the customer service and detail to workmanship. Will definitely be taking my car back.

Asked them to do a wheel alignment and balance because I wanted to support a local business. They refused to do the work because of some issues with my car. They charged me to quote the repair work and missed more obvious problems. I'm sure they think all their customers have no idea about cars. There are plenty of other mechanics to choose from without resorting to the insult that is Graeme Horner. Stay away from this 0 star business and go elsewhere.

It’s a bit like Fawlty Towers, terrible customer service, exorbitant prices, and run by an arrogant buffoon. You’d be wise to steer well clear of this ‘business’!
