The booking service over phone was incredible for me! A kind lady named Erin was so considerate by facilitating all of my booking complications - even being willing enough to help me up to 5:03pm three minutes after the business is supposed to close!. The customer service is amazing here, and you will definitely not be disappointed if Erin is taking your call!
The training lady was very nice she made everything easy to understand she was very humble and it was a very big help for me to pass my HR test now i got my license..i really appreciate and thanx again Natalie Theobald she trained me very well .. calming and able to have a good laugh while driving to keep nerves from rising up. Highly recommend her.
These guys are legends!! Never even sat in a Mack truck in my life. But trusted there training system and even managed to get on the driving test. Thanks guys. Definitely couldn’t have done it without you!!
A wonderful experience. I had an amazing driver instructor, Liz she is very good at what she does and very supportive when going for your license. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting driving lessons with graduate.

GSOM was second to none for experience, service and skills taught, to get my eldest son on the road with his P’s. A huge shout out to Liz for being a friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable instructor, Peita in the office for her help and advice and Heath for going above and beyond for us on the day!
Highly recommend Liz for all manual learners, I went through a few instructors and she by far was the best instructor I’ve ever had! She is patient, and gives you great feedback to practice on. I was sooo nervous and she really helped me with that! She caters to all people’s learning strategies as in she draws diagrams for you as well as verbally telling you instructions.
I can't thank Heath enough, he helped me to obtain my HC licence. At Graduate they are not after your money, they want to see each learner succeed. Thanks to Cameron and Heath, I'm a confident driver because of you.
