Highly reccomended ! I brought my niece here and she loves it ! As a school teacher I have observed that kids who do Martial arts have a really good base for sports and further education. What I loved about this Academy is that it teaches discipline and values on top of self defense skills. And it's a super friendly place as well!
Been training here for four years MMA and Gracie Jiujitsu. I love their initiative to hold free women's self defence classes for the community every month. Really supportive and knowledgable coaches and a fun environment. Definitely recommend!!
