Grace provided us with a fantastic service of uplift from our location in Rockhampton and delivery of our furniture to Tannum Sands - Ivan assisted us with quoting and keeping in contact in regards to dates and times all whilst maintaining absolutely outstanding customer service. The three men that did our uplift and delivery were quick, efficient and polite and happy to help with what they could, I definitely could not fault them -  in future moves I will definitely be using Grace again, not only did they keep all our furniture and belongings in perfect condition they also provided perfect customer service through out.

Promised to dismantle and reassemble all the bigger items like beds and desks but refused to do it when it mattered in the delivery location stating it was not their duty. A bit dissappointed with that as it was promised while booking the move. Requested to move couple of heavy items to first floor when they came in for second time to deliver the residual items but refused to do that as well.

I was a little disappointed by the removalists who were rude and rushing to unpack my things, knocking and bumping things along the way. I did find they made it easy to organise pick up and receptionist in Rockhampton very friendly. I was quoted it would take a week to be delivered an in the end it took 2 weeks, which was a little frustrating.

always kept in touch with the move. Excellent packing but the other end the two workers were lazy and didnt really care about anything so they got instant dismissal and grace was really sorry and sent two other guys out to re-unpacked everything and did a really good job so over all it was a excellent job done thank you grace👍
