Our doctor arrived in about 1 hour to see my son and was very good with kids, thorough and helpful. He did not seem rushed at all which I appreciated. I highly recommend the Night Doctor!

Surprised at how easy and convenient this was. Urgent but non-emergent treatment required on a December 2022 Sunday morning- my doctor and a helpful assistant attended within an hour. A doctor arrived within 15 mins of calling, and quickly diagnosed and prescribed medicine. Really impressed with the professional service, and fast response time. I would use Night Doctor again and would recommend to others.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the service. I rang on behalf of my 93 year old mother who was in serious pain. The Dr came within the hour and worked through my mother's symptoms and made a diagnosis and provided a referral for X-rays and also got her some pain relief. Prior to the Dr's consultation the receptionist provided excellent service and following the service we had some problems with the X-Ray providers that she also resolved. All in all a great service and from my perspective the govt should allow these organisations to market their services and also drastically improve the Medicare payment to them because they provide a much-needed service that takes the pressure off the public hospital emergency services. All in all, it was a great service.

We used the Night Doctor last night after finding out my elderly father had Covid.  We had already rung a few after hours services that couldn’t help us.  We left a message with the Night Dr and promptly received a call from Judy.  It was so reassuring to talk with her as she was so organised and efficient.  Before too long we had a very thorough telehealth appointment with the Doctor and a script sent to our local pharmacy.  Thank you!

The night doctor service was easy to use, fast, efficient, and friendly. I was suffering with intense nausea and pain after surgery and struggling to talk or concentrate and the receptionist was quick and reassuring. The doctor and nurse they sent were understanding, kind, and knowledgeable and came with everything they needed to offer me immediate relief. I can't believe this service isn't more widely known, because it was an absolute life-saver for me. I won't hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to everyone.

I called Night Doctor unaware a service like this existed. I left a message and  a lovely lady called Judy  called back.  Very friendly and very professional and told me the doctor will give me a call shortly with the time.  Within an hour the doctor called back Ravi and gave me the time.  He was very, very good.  He had a medic with him called Bryce who was assisting him.  I would recommend this service.  kf

I was very unhappy with my experience of the Night Dr. Called and booked an appointment with a very helpful receptionist. Was told I was second in line after lunch so had maximum an hour wait. This was confirmed by a text. About 5 minutes before arrival time, received another text saying it was a further 2 hours wait. My son was extremely unwell and had been waiting to get pain relief for a migraine and anti nausea medication so a further 2 hour wait was not great. When the dr arrived he took his temperature and had a look at his throat but I had to ask him to do a physical examination of his stomach given he was vomiting bile. The throat wasn’t really bad but the dr insisted that the throat was causing the migraine, gave him an antibiotic, oral anti nausea and oral pain relief despite the fact that he had not kept anything including both of these down all day. He gave scripts for all of these and left, pocketing $256 for a 5 minute consultation which achieved nothing more than what I had without medical training. Predictably my son threw all of that up within 15 minutes, so we headed to hospital. An anti nausea injection would have gone a long way to helping my son and saving 6 hours in emergency which is why I called the locum. What a complete waste of time and money. Will not use again.
