Great soups phos and stir fries here. This place has been here for decades. The food is tasty and great value for money. During my last visit I asked for an extra bowl for the kids, but the bowl was too small.. The food is tasty here. Thanks
One of the busiest places in Berala, this place is always bustling whenever I come. Decent and cheap pho for $10.80 and they have a good range of classic Asian/Southern Chinese dishes. Their crispy chicken isn’t as good as some other places but their noodle soups are recommended. Very affordable and they also do takeaway.
Portions are always generous here. Prices have slowly crept up since I first came here but that can't be helped with inflation. Taste has always remained consistent the many years I have come
Residential parking nearby. Located with big glass window overlooking the roundabout, AC available and side lighting decoration on the wall. Friendly service. Include complimentary hot tea. We ordered raw beef noodle soup for $11 and Gourmet fried rice for $12. The appearance of the fried rice can be improved by adding more colour/vegetables. Fresh coconut drink. Both meals taste delicious. They were only accepting cash payments. The restaurant closed after 8 pm.
it is NOT IN BERALA HOTEL Not sure if people are commenting at the right place? The delicious pho place you can try even on a tight budget is called GOURMET NOODLE HOUSE. I am giving my Five stars to gourmet noodle house! Tasty and hot food Efficient and polite service yes they can do this! There’s no excuse like “fast and therefore we can be rude to our customers”

Reasonable portion size for the price, reasonable quality. Came here for lunch, the place was very busy and quite full of customers but I was able to get a table for one straight away. The menu is very extensive, a lot of options. I ordered the Combination Wonton Noodle Soup, and it came out in about just under ten minutes which was pretty good, but the first disappointment was that the star of the dish was not really starring. The bowl, while a good size, only had 3 wontons! I mean, I know its a combination dish, but please sir, can I have some more?! It came with some chicken, what I think was beef, one prawn, and one extremely small piece of squid. There was a bit of token greens, and fried onion also. Honestly, you could have given me half of the meat, and more wonton and I would have been happier. The broth was very light on taste, quite generic, but it was super hot, which was fine, it meant the whole dish stayed warm/hot for the time it took to eat it, and at least on a winters day like today, its much appreciated. The noodles were soft, near falling apart, but no issues, and a reasonable amount overall. For the serving size, against the price, I thought it was reasonable. Not a fantastic quality or fantastic value, but I really had no complaints besides the non-wonton to wonton ratio.
Got to the shop 10 mins before 11am, no one wana open the door for me early, so I know this shop must be very busy, food can’t be too bad either. I had the comb beef noddle soup, overall experience was Great! Even the toilet was very clean and tidy. Too bad I am not local, will definitely come back again if visiting this side of town. Thank you for your lovely food, boss: Kid-friendliness: Dinning floor covers a large area, definitely big enough space for kids, in fact, a couple took their 3 kids with them when I am eating here.
Located a 2 minute walk from the Berala train station, this vietnamese noodle house is one of the busiest restaurants in Berala. Gourmet Noodle House currently has 86 different menu items. This place is well-known for their worthy pho and Vietnamese cuisine. It feels like a must have whenever I come here. Something you might want to consider is the loud environment. There would typically be kids inside the store and many people talking. The tables are somewhat close together, so be mindful if this might disturb you. The service here is pretty quick and efficient. My food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Note: - This restaurant is CASH ONLY. Be prepared with cash on arrival - They close between 3pm - 5pm for break times - Menu is attached Kid-friendliness: Everytime is enter the restaurant, there's always families here with kids. Parking: There is a car parking spot right next door, but is priortised for the hotel next door. It is labelled as private, but I still park there. If there is no space there, street parking is also an option Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to enter the restaurant. There is a ramp outside for wheelchair accessibility
Very clean and friendly, most dishes are excellent and prices are very cheap. Just be wary there is a queue of people lined up and waiting if you get there around 1pm.
