Working in Property Management I have a lot of dealings with Body Corporates. I can honestly say that Gough are a pleasure to deal with - they offer great assistance with a friendly nature which I can't say about most Body Corporates I deal with. I would highly recommend their company to anyone looking for great service.
Call the office and their machine answers and then on hold for over 9 minutes till you get to talk to someone. Then just pure rudeness obviously not one of their so called customers they focus on... would prefer not to give any stars. stay clear
