nice tea and friendly worker
Recommend to try "Fresh milk with black sugar". Not sure if it's a healthier option but tastes quite good.
Bad taste, slow and unfriendly staff :
Poor customer service, poor quality of milk tea. Have been to this place two times and that's it. Not going to give another try. Coco is much better than this one. The only reason I came here was that I shopped in the Glen and this is the only milk tea store.
Lot of bubble, so I can drink just 60% of this cup. :
Totally disappointed with the customer service yesterday when my sons bought 3 of the same flavour but gave one cup with the wrong order saying there is a mistake on the sticker. Just because he is only a kid, you think you can get away with it. Absolutely disappointed
Very disappointed with the drink. Ordered brown sugar chocolate but ended up getting brown sugar milk. Told them the wrong order, they just poured out little bit of the milk and added hot chocolate. The whole drink is so diluted! Pearl is half as expected. GotCha Elizabeth St is much better.
Incompetent workers! Did not give us our straws and to top it off, the lids were not put on properly!! Was a pleasant surprise when it spilt all over the place.
Most unpleasant bubble tea experience... Ordered no sugar hot signature milk tea but it was barely warm and way too sweet.
