Had an issue with my meal, amazing staff sorted me a replacement with a smile. Thankful they did, I got the parm and it was great! Juicy chicken, proper ham and lots of sauce and cheese! Had to take half home.
Old local pub, has a train inside and few different drinking areas. Some activities run on Saturday nights.nOrdered ribeye on bone was average, can choose how you want your potato chips, mash, stuffed garlic bread was alright nStaff can be slightly slow on understanding simple mixed drinks - stick to basics to avoid confusion!
We were celebrating a friend's farewell. It was wonderful. Staff were great as was venue and food. The staff fixed our cake which I accidentally dropped. How great was that. Well be back. Thank you xxx
Always love coming to this place. Service is fast and fantastic. Food is always top notch and never had any issues. The meals are huge and the prices are very reasonable. Love the hot sauce station! Last night was our best visit yet, the manager on duty accidentally brought milkshakes to our table which we didn't order, the kids were quickly excited. Once the mistake had been realised the kids excitement turned to disappointment when they were taken away. Funny for us to watch though as parents.nThe manager had realised this and had quickly returned with milkshakes to brighten the kids back up..Free of charge... That effort alone was above and beyond and it made the kids night and gave us, as parents a little peace and quiet. So thank you so much for that kind gesture!
We attended the Seafood Spectacular Long Table last night and thoroughly enjoyed it.nBeautiful, well cooked and plentiful food and drinks. Planning, set up and delivery could do with some fine tuning.nHad a great chat with the manager Beau who openly listened to my feedback and felt he genuinely took it on board and had already identified areas for improvement.nShout out to all the hard working staff last night and a special mention of Chrissy who is a great asset to the pub.nWill definitely come back for another Seafood Spectacular!
