I would have to disagree with the previous review myself and my daughter have been patients of Dr. Sutherland for several years, our experience with him has been kindness and understanding, one doctor who is prepared to listen if you need to talk. With a personal touch, no it is not like a production line of patients in a large practice..this is a good thing.  Staff, management, doctors and podiatrist all very friendly, polite.  Keep up the good work
