I dislike leaving bad reviews but I felt like I had to for this as my visit here put me in a sour mood for hours. First of all, don't go here if you like to make your own bouquet. Only came here because it was the only place open on Sundays nearby. When I walked in, she was on her mobile, and I asked to make sure it was okay that I make my own bouquet. She said yes it was fine, so I went over to the cooler to put a few stems together and she must not have been paying attention when she responded to me because then ran over to "help" and startled me. I wasn't allowed to touch anything which made the visit longer because I am a bit of a perfectionist and it's hard when someone else has their own style and idea and overtakes yours. I quite like leaves left on the flowers and before I could tell her not to she ripped off all the leaves and then added several $3 stems of leaves to the bundle. I didn't ask for them and I didn't want them. like others have said, not very service minded. Definitely have a style and you better like it because that's what you will get, even if you want to make your own.. Also I agree about them being overpriced. The flowers weren't happy at all. I was so irritated and just waiting for the interaction to be over. Probably won't ever go back.

The worst florist ever....I wouId have given it a minus 10 stars if I could....I ordered a "deluxe" spray for my partner's mother's funeral expecting it to be at least similar to the picture online. I was horrified when it turned up on top of the coffin looking like a sad bunch of wilted mess. After spending $270 on this , I expected at least a decent looking bunch but the quantity and quality of flowers are not even close to woolies flowers . Stay away from this florist ...Consider yourself warned.

I was refferred to this place by a friend of mine. Not only were the arrangements impeccable, but the customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately my arrangements were for a funeral. They were kind, curious and u didn't feel rushed. Will recommend this place always

love this shop，my boyfriend always buy flowers for me from this lovely shop，you will happy to know the rose can keep fresh more than 20 days！

Horrible service. The florist was rude and not very service minded. Bought a small bouquet which came with a glass vase. Asked if she could wrap them up in just some paper like most florist do with bouquets as I was taking the flowers on the bus but got a no saying they don't do that. The flowers are still fresh a week later though which is lovely.
