We regularly visit Gorilla Grind Cafe at Brendale for lunch. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The coffee is excellent too. Their customer service is exceptional as well. They are also dog friendly and cater for your canine friends with a massive bowl of pulled chicken and puppy chinos. Our dog Frankie loves going there.nIt is definitely a must place to visit for breakfast or lunch. We can’t recommend it highly enough
Our family of 2 adults & 2 tweens/teens loved the vibey atmosphere, incredible coffee & scrumptious food. We felt important even though we could only get counter seats - it was jam packed at 9:30am already - but we loved looking at all healthy drink supplements cleverly on display at the counter and watching the happy staff making the coffees and smoothies. The music also kept us entertained so we did not notice any wait at all. Well worth the visit and every cent - we can’t wait to visit again!
Popped into Gorilla Grind for breakky on Sunday with my puppy and had such a lovely time. The food was really good, the staff were super friendly, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming. It’s a quiet, relaxed spot, and I loved that it’s dog‑friendly — Toby happily chilled under the long table while I enjoyed my meal. Such a nice way to start the morning. Will definitely be back!
The lemon curd and blueberry pancakes were absolutely delicious! The pancakes were soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the tangy lemon curd balanced them perfectly. The blueberries added a fresh burst of flavor in every bite, making the whole dish feel light yet indulgent. A wonderful mix of sweet, tart, and comforting — I’d definitely order these again! The price was also very good!
