My partner and I have used Gordon Conveyancing for purchase of our house in Eltham. At the beginning, Andrew was pleasant to deal with however very soon our emails and calls would not be responded at all. We had to physically go to their site in Doncaster before we get a response and even then Andrew would make a promise he wouldn't follow through. 
Instead of them keeping us informed, we were chasing them and reminding them of important time frames etc 
They would use bunch of excuses, didn't get a msg, email went to spam, had emergency etc
Also, for few of their mistakes, they have blamed bank for it! 
It got to the point where we had to threaten to hire a lawyer and sue them before they addressed and actioned few things. 
To say that we were disappointed with their service, it's understatement! 
During a process, before I knew what this company was truly like, I have recommended this company to my friend and he is experiencing exactly same issues. His phone calls are not getting returned, his emails unanswered. My friend also had to physically go to their site at Doncaster and was also told how his emails went to spam. Terrible!
Don't waist your money and save yourself a lot of stress by avoiding this company!
