I am surprised with how good the food is here!nThe staff are really friendly, the stake looks like 300grams unlike some other hotels and the potato salad in the salad bar is actually cooked perfectly.nThe only downside is they should add some nap sauce in the Hawaiian schnitzel, but that’s something you could just ask for if you really wanted it.n100% recommended
We ordered what they say 300gram steak with what ever sauce you would like plus salad and vegetable bar bread included. Well the first thing they got wrong stakes start at 300 grams our steaks were at least 450 grames sauce and salad/vegetables oh my can't do this at home. Well done to the lovely staff and this includes front bar people. Well done Ian and Terry the old school people owners and there two sons .
Took the grandies for lunch in school holidays. Food was great. Service was quick and so friendly. Everyone loved the salad bar, such variety. Was also good value for money. We will return.
I ordered crispy skin Barramundi fillet with potato gratin with asparagus. Unfortunately, the entire dish was overcooked and inedible. Very disappointing and not worth the price—not even worth one star.
Had lunch here two days in a row! Food was great! Plenty of choices on the menu. Excellent daily specials including desserts, and also several $15 value meals good for seniors or anyone on a budget. Good serving sizes.nPlus, a salad and veg bar!nNice desserts nPrices, on par with average hotel food prices here in South Australis.nStaff were friendly, helpful, and efficient! Will certainly eat here, next time we are down this way!
