What a wonderful experience to find the towns bakery, tucked away off the main drag I was fortunate to find it.nThe owner and I chatted for 30 minutes as his delightful kids went about doling out the treats on offer on a glorious day as I passed a hour or so until I rode the steam train from Goolwa to Victor Harbour and back.nI definitely have to return, if not just for another yummy pie.

New owners have upped the quality from what was already a cracking bakery; genuinely outstanding and wipes the floor with Port Elliot. Beef and stout pie and pasties were a highlight. Skip the ques and get a better feed!
We were planning on going to the Port Elliot bakery but the queue was very long. Found the Goolwa bakery hidden away in a side street. No queues. Delicious tasting pies with great variety. Best vanilla slice we have ever had. Other people eating with us were also surprised at how delicious thing were.
Great customer service working with you for private catering! Best cheese and veg pasties in town
