Really cool office, with nice views of downtown.
Google has allowed another business to hijack my google business listing "Cairns Airport Transfers" and display our competitors website instead... Every time we claim our business profile and change the website to ours, google suspends us, over and over again. This is the most stressful experience as google send us from one department to the next, its like no one really know what there doing
Why does Google let obvious fake accounts put 1 star reviews on business profiles and not delete them upon request. I literally have one called ‘Jimbo Jones’, it’s profile picture is of Jimbo Jones from the Simpsons. Another even says they have never been in the store. Google want you to spend money to promote your profile but why? So people can see fake reviews from fake accounts? Useless company.
Our company emails Safe House Property Consultants were suspended last Friday at 5pm.Dispite every effort no response from Google. Call Sydney all I get is links to Google assistance been there last Friday and Saturday. I had same problem wit Goole Maps being suspended took a week to restore no feedback why account was suspended.
My complaint is on Google's apparent misunderstanding of my cohort, overseas Chinese decendants, who understand and speak Chinese but do not read written Chinese. I frequent Chinese content YouTube videos and movies. This seems to lead Google to think I also can read Chinese hence I keep getting Chinese advertisements which Google obviously thinks is helpful for me. Google, please understand that a lot of Chinese defendants cannot read Chinese so please stop these Chinese advertisements. It's very irritating, for me at least. Thank you.
Pathetic service by google. My business profile was suspended without me knowing the reasons behind the suspension. When contacted google staff, i was told they don't know the reason for suspension and that i should submit a reinstatement form. After filling out the reinstatement form, i again get a response that i don't meeting listing requirements. A verified business listing that has been in place for last 6 years suddenly doesn't meet listing requirements is hard to digest. Google gave me hard time even at the time of verification despite that fact that my listing was on google for a couple of years. I cannot comprehend why google was sleeping and suddenly they realized that they have to verify a business that is on the listing for a couple of years. After spending numerous hours trying to resolve the issue, i have hit a dead end. I don't know what to do. When i asked google call center employee to provide with an address where i can serve legal notice, i was told that they don't know the address for serving legal notices. What kind of services google is offering if their employees don't know basic stuff to assist customers. Until my business profile was suspended i had a smooth ride with google but this is now becoming a nightmare. Either provide specific details about reasons for suspension or not suspend profiles - this is my feedback. I am very stressed about this situation and just don't know what to do. I don't even have the address to serve legal notice to google.
This is a note about Google reviews! While they are very useful in general, I have now discovered that a business owner can delete their profile in order to get rid of bad reviews. The same way a business can "phoenix", well turns out they can virtually "phoenix", which must be a lot cheaper and quicker. The steps are: move address physically, then slightly change your business profile, then delete the old address and profile which had the reviews. Same business, no reviews. However this makes Google reviews useless, in terms of warning other people of bad experiences. Personally, after spending tens of thousands on legal action, it is very concerning that the next customer of this business can have exactly the same experience, with no warning! Not happy.
Glad Google staff are having fun. Could someone pls help me correct an address. I have used "Edit" on Google Maps 3 times, then actually posted a letter to Google HQ in Sydney. Provided a copy of a Title Deed & GeoCode information. Result....no change.This incorrect address is affecting our life for insurance purposes etc. Companies state our address does not exist. Is it possible speak to someone about this.
i have spent years building up good review on google maps. 2 weeks ago google maps has shut down my listing, no explanation, no replies to my emails, no reason as to why, a listing that has been up for years. I am not losing money daily because of this and no end in sight. Never rely on google reviews and advertising to market your product like this, learned my mistake the hard way.
Nice office at the prime location in Sydney. Was invited to Google Kitchensync event and building tour.. had a fun filled day at Google.
