I only have positive things to say about my experience with Goodstart The Strand. My girls love attending and they look forward to their daycare days. The place has a really welcoming feel to it. The staff are all lovely, know both of my girls by name, even if they're not in their room, and genuinely care for all of the children in their care. The kinder program is excellent, my 4 year old often tells me about all the cool things she's learning about. I feel very comfortable and confident in the knowledge that my kids are in great hands there.

My husband and I absolutely adore the Goodstart Centre at the Strand. It's an incredibly welcoming place, and the staff are professional, exceptionally caring, and kind. I was understandably anxious about my baby adjusting after a less-than-ideal experience at a previous childcare centre. Still, the educators at Goodstart were understanding and reassuring.  During the orientation days, I witnessed firsthand how attentive the staff is to the children. They truly treat each child as an individual, taking the time to understand their specific needs and how best to help them settle. This approach has also been evident in their interactions with my baby.  The centre organises fantastic activities that engage the children and encourage their development in a nurturing environment. I particularly appreciate how they embrace diversity and show such respect for all different backgrounds.  I wholeheartedly recommend the Goodstart Centre at the Strand to any parent looking for exceptional childcare.

My daughter absolutely loves being here, she tells me everyday how much she looks forward to seeing her friends and the educators! A big shout out to all the educators, Mel and Jo, who have been working hard to support her development. I could see the level of care and passion that these individuals have for the kids. The most amazing centre filled with loving, kind, patient and supportive educators. My boys love going there and have formed such strong connections not only with their peers but the educators. Cannot rate highly enough!

Stay away from this place. It actually deserves no stars.  My child attended this service last year and she kept getting bitten and they did not even know she got bitten. The management are lax in responding to any injuries/incidences like this. I wrote a google review prior but it seem have disappeared now

We recently moved from City to suburb and enrolled our daughter at the center. We were a little bit worried that our daughter will take time to adjust to the new centre however, to our surprise, she got comfortable only in a couple of days. She now has new friends educators included and loves going to the centre. I would highly recommend Goodstart Early Learning point cook - the Strand

We love our son's childcare center. From day one, it's been perfect. Manpreet, Zara, Vena, Jo, and Mel are exceptional educators. Our child's happiness is evident. He learned to write his name in a day. Beyond academics, the care they provide is outstanding. It's a loving community, and they're not just teachers but mentors and friends. Highly recommended!

This centre is the best my son has attended, every single staff member are so welcoming & kind & beautiful. His teachers are heavily involved in his learning and building skills and always make some fun interesting activities for the kids to learn. I'll forever be grateful for everyone at this centre

When we looked for care for our daughter we spent a lot of time looking at reviews of centres in the area. The Strand had a lot of great reviews and when we went for a tour we were not disappointed. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Our daughter settled in very quickly and much better than she had at previous centres. The educators in our daughters room made the settling in period easier and ensured that we knew how she was going and how her day has been. It certainly puts our mind at ease. Since our daughter has started we have seen her grow and flourish in her new environment and made some great friendships and relationships with other children and her educators. We cannot fault the wonderful educators at The Strand, and are very thankful for all that they do for our daughter. The educators always say that they treat the children like they are their own and they really do, 5 out 5, we highly recommend The Strand!
