I have been working with GoodStart Early Learning for 17 years, in many roles and a few centers. Even in 2 states!nI worked as a casual employee around the area in other centers when I first moved to Melbourne. As soon as I walked into Pound Road South I felt a sense of calm.nThe centre leadership team and educators were so warm and welcoming. I could see happy children who were fully immersed in the programs, I worked with educators who worked hard to establish and nurture connections with children and families. I was always looking forward to working there. When I was finally offered a position in this centre I was so excited and 6 years later I am still excited to go to work every day.nI still am learning every day! I find our team inspiring and dedicated to early childhood education and I am grateful for all the opportunities Pound Road South have afforded me.nI cannot recommend Pound Road South highly enough, both as an educator to join the team and as a family to enroll their child in. I believe everyone within this service is a part of a special family.
My daughter has been with Goodstart Pound Road South since Jan 2023 and it feels like family to us! The staff are all so friendly and take the time to chat, fill us in about her day and get to know us on a personal level. From her very first orientation, where all the kids came over to play with her, I could see that it was a happy place with the educators and children smiling and having fun. One thing I was particularly looking for when finding a new centre was clear, regular communication from the centre director and admin team. I've only ever had a great experience with these ladies who are organised, prompt, knowledgeable and delightful in their communications. I would and do highly recommend this centre.
If you love your kids and you want the best for them I highly recommend you to give your child the experience of a good start Early learning at the Narre Warren south.nI am so confident that they love our kids so much that we don’t have to think twice about their safety and well being.
Could not be any happier with the service provided by all staff at this centre. Always greeted and made to feel very welcome. Always smiling faces and the kids love the educators and I think that in itself says how well they do as a team.nSuper super impressed. Not one bad thing I could say about this centre. They want the best for your child just like you do.
We are so happy with Goodstart Pound Rd South. We have sent both our Daughters through this Centre since 2018. Our youngest Daughter entered in Late 2021 and has seen the same educators as my eldest daughter. It's been terrific to see so many familiar faces with the staff as it creates a great environment for our kids.nnThe entire team at Pound Road South have been such a wonderful and caring group. My wife and I, along with our two daughters have nothing but great things to say about this centre.
