Thank you for a great job done! We needed an urgent job done and found the entire process of booking a job online very efficient and simple to do. Great response time on the online chat too. Our handyman Nigel was wonderful. Very professional and completed a very thorough job. We will definitely be using Goodnest again.

Grant was fantastic - the lawn looks amazing and he was quick to get to the job (I thought I’d left it very last minute!). Great communication throughout as well. So happy and will be calling on him again if I end up in a property with a garden! Thank you so much :)

Fabulous service. We had all of our (very long) lawns done in a timely and meticulous manner. The gardener himself was punctual and friendly. The help staff were quick to respond to emails and happy to answer any and all questions I had. We have booked them in to return every 2 weeks. Highly recommend :)

After a fantastic start with great cleans this has turned out to be such a frustrating service. The customer care team are absolutely rubbish . Being unable to find me a cleaner (though I’m a regular weekly customer ) is one thing but not having the courtesy to apologise or inform me in time so I can make alternate arrangements is simply unacceptable. I keep putting on hold my plans assuming I’ve a cleaner who’s going to show up to no avail. Cancelled today and there was no questioning my reasons for wanting to do so and no effort to retain business. Seriously guys either you’ve a misinformed chip on your shoulder or there’s a serious need for customer service training.

Simon made contact quickly and confirmed a time that suited us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and did a variety of jobs - assembling a BBQ, fixing a clothesline, hanging a mirror and pictures and mounting a TV on the wall. We are very happy with the transformation now that these jobs have been done.
