Was a member here for a while. Enjoyed the gym but only had a 12month contract. Then when I tried to cancel after 2 or so years they told me I still had to give 4 weeks notice even though I was out of contract. Then had the nerve to offer me to resign on a cheaper rate with no lock in contract ‍
If you like putting other people's weights away you'll love this gym.
Nice clean gym, friendly staff, can get busy at times however if you get to classes early you can usually get a good spot.
First time going to chermside GoodLife and it's 100× better equipped and setup then rothwell site, think it's about time rothwell got a make over, the 5 stars is for chermside site staff is alot nicer and friendly also
The equipment is prehistoric but facilities are kept clean and the classes are great.
Weights could do with an update like almost every other good life
Fantastic customer service from Leticia and the account manager Sarah. I called them regarding issues with my membership, as I signed up at Goodlife Chermside but now live in Melbourne and I was being charged even though Melbourne is still in lockdown. These ladies were so helpful and sorted out my query in less than 5 minutes.
