Story

Group Fitness classes run every day of the week and range from Les Mills favourites BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyAttack to core-enhancing Pilates and yoga, as well as KettleWorX – a high intensity kettlebell program straight out of the USA. We’ve even scheduled virtual classes so you can login and access an expert-led class whenever it suits.

While other gyms can try to compete, our state-of-the-art club wins out with everything you need to kick some major fitness goals – 24 hours, 7 days a week.

So if you’re looking for options on tap, you’ve come to the right place. There is luxury, and it comes in the form of a sauna and our designated ladies-friendly area, and we can even look after the kids with child minding available Monday to Saturday.
