This gym doesn’t have enough machines or not enough room even to stretch during peak hours. I realised the gym is oversubscribed after few months of signing up. I talked to the reception and requested to cancel my membership. But they said I have to wait till my subscription period ends. Yesterday my one year subscription ended and I made my last payment.

Today I called to cancel my membership, and they are saying that I have to pay another $79 or keep paying for another 30 days. I requested to cancel my membership months ago and it’s not my fault that they haven’t noted it down in their system. This is the worst gym subscription ever. 

Plus my wife called the gym to cancel our memberships about a month ago, they completely ignored her request to cancel my membership, or didn’t even advice her that I have to contact them to give 30 days of notice prior to cancellation. Very bad customer service as well.

This has been a horrible experience. A lot of hidden costs and to break your contract is very expensive. My account is constantly in the minus because they are able to overdraw my account. Obviously if I can't afford my fortnightly membership I can't afford to break the contract which will cost me around $200. Stuck paying for a membership I don't even use. Very dissappointed

Scammers! - I have cancelled my membership and I keep getting charged random amounts. on the 16th I was charged three times!! This is the worst run gym business I have ever come across, what a bunch of con-artist. I don't want to be apart of your crappy gym!! Stop charging my card!!

Dirty gym, old equipment. Some staff have left 5 star reviews, which is odd..

The structure of this gym is pretty good, but the gym service is pretty bad, they advertise all year round that if you indicate a friend to join the gym you will get 28 days free, yet when you go to claim your 28 days free day day the offer is over even though there's signs in the bathroom and elevator clearly showing it's not over, they are not very loyal with their members, seems that they are trying to fool us.. very sad. Something else is that in every 13 weeks you get a PT session for 5 dollars, but this PT session is actually just someone sitting down with you trying to convince you to pay for their PT service, they will not do a body assessment or a workout plain for you, Thinking of leaving this gym.. indicated my sister and a friend to join the gym but will definitely make them leave with me to go somewhere better where people are more loyal and clear about their services.
