Great gym with a lot of cardio machines and a huge weight training area with many free weights and machines to use.
Not much space to feel free during work out .
It's a great time to switch gym coz it's lying about 24/7 in their website. Thanks for lesson
great gym sauna and steam room are great ,THE MUSIC IS WAY TOO LOUD AND THE AIR CON WAY TOO COLD !!! and the best part is they have a female section upstairs for women only, they need to open the facilities later as most men like to work out later after 8 pm and the steam sauna would be great until 10 pm like the wantirna one
I trained here just casually with a friend who was a member to see what it was like, don't love the place to train. I have spent time in various gyms and I definitely think there are far better options. I will continue to look for another option.
