This gym has all I need and it is in a very convenient location, almost perfect. However, if you go weekend mornings take earplugs. They have bike classes and sometimes the volume is cranked up to Richter scale. I would give 5 stars if they got the noise down from jet engine level.

I had a really disappointing experience at this gym. During my last visit to the Carindale location, someone opened my bag in the locker and stole my pre-workout. The lockers don’t have built-in locks, and apparently, it’s up to members to bring their own. I wasn’t aware of this, and when I reached out to the gym about the incident, I got no response.nnI get that we’re responsible for our own belongings, but the lack of basic security and zero follow-up from the staff is unacceptable.nnAlso this is not the first time happened.nnJust a heads-up to anyone planning to join: make sure you bring your own lock — and maybe don’t expect much support if something goes wrong.

Sophia always greeted every member warmly and treated everyone with kindness, even when she was busy. Whenever a problem came up, she was always helpful and handled everything with a smile. It’s no wonder all the members seem to really like her. Thank you so much!

Good atmosphere many people who people who motivates me to smash the weights  and all the beautiful  girls and the equipment is one of the best Goodlife gyms  around.

Good gym with lots of gear. This not helped though by poor service introduction from counter staff, full personal details required and a $25 casual training charge.nThis a shame as I'd come from overseas and looked forward to a train with a close friend. He was very embarrassed.nI won't be back. Will stick to my gym next time, Snap are much more consistent and friendly/ welcoming.
