A year or two ago, my old sports injuries were getting the best of me and I was pretty much ready to hang the soccer boots once and for all, until i started going to Good Physio for physiotherapy and sports massage. I find every physio there to be experienced in their field, willing to listen to my issues and advise me of good strategies to help me overcome my sports injuries, whilst their massage therapist helps me with any general tightness and soreness. The long appointment times they offer mean I never feel rushed and I get great value for money. I am stoked to have just completed my 40th soccer season and being part of a championship winning squad. I have tried many physio clinics over the years but the service at Good Physio is the best in Adelaide and i highly recommend any of their people.
I have been to Good Physio for a few different injuries and they have always managed to get me back playing sport much sooner than expected. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly which makes it a stress free appointment. Good Physio is also fantastic value for money, I get much more out of these sessions than I have in the past at other practices. I won't be making an appointment at any other Physio.
Marc is an exceptional physiotherapist. Skillful, knowledgeable and caring in a relaxing environment. I always have good outcomes from the treatments received here.
Tristen has the best hands in Adelaide, he knows where to press and massage. He has released my muscles and aliviate most of my herniated disk referred pain. I felt very good right after the first visit, but it has been a continuous work for the last 2 months. We started as every week treatment and now we are doing every other week. It takes time but it works.
As a long term runner/active person dealing with injury can be frustrating. Tristan is methodical and knowledgable and a bonus that he is skilled in acupuncture as well. When you visit Good Physio, you don't get attached to a machine and left wondering what you are paying for.
Should be called Amazing Physio. I can't recommend Tristan highly enough. He's one the most knowledgeable physio's in the country and has helped me when other physios couldn't. To cap it off he's one of the nicest guys going around. A++++
