My favourite coffee location. Comfortable and spacious, high ceilings and fast service from the effective staff. Takes AMEX cards without surcharge now that's rare, plus it takes the HeyYou advance coffee ordering app too.
Rude service, rubbish coffee. The guy who served me this morning picked his nose in front of everyone. The "barista" and aforementioned were talking to each other whilst serving customers. To top it off, the coffee was weak and tasteless. I literally took on sip, walked into a cafe, ordered a coffee, and asked them to throw the Previously purchased coffee away. This place is best avoided.
After 5 years of buying coffee here everyday, today I was accused of not paying! I challenged this and was told to wait why they checked their security camera...... which confirmed I HAD PAID!, no apology until I asked for one, an awful way to treat a long loyal customer, needless to say my colleagues and I will not be returning.
Good quiet place for a coffee! Tables always available with table service. The coffee is not the best, but it's a very good place to have a meeting or a chat.
