Wow , after store changed the owner, under new management. Way service better than before. Pretty new look, clean, friendly staff. Tasty tea. Definitely will come back again.
Tea was delicious and quick service. All in all very friendly and resourceful staff, I didnt have my student ID when they’re having free upsize and they gave me a free upsize anways.
Hornsby store, really bad service
It took me 20 minutes to get my drink.
They are always understaffed And I wanted a mango green tea and I said to the staff to put less sugar but she made it 50 percent sugar I’m very disappointed Gong cha
