Nice boba and shop, got a large honeydew milk tea with pearls for around $7 which is a bit on the pricier side. Waiting time was a bit long as there was only 2 staff and lots of people. COVID precautions are in place, only takeaway
I went in and made an order for 7 drinks. Knowing that this could be confusing as the drinks were all different, I wrote it down in a piece of paper. Once I received the drinks, I had a quick look and the drinks looked ok. Not realising they missed the topping that they charged me for. Check your order properly guys. I know i will be next time.
Pretty poor customer service. No smiling, greeting and farewelling even though thank you. And thanks for giving me leacking tea. I am a regular customer for gongcha in other area, it's time to find other tea brand.
I've had bubble tea from here 3 times in the past and unfortunately 2 of these times they haven't had any pearls. I've never had this issue with any other Gong Cha's I've been to, and I've been to other just before closing as well.
Good drinks! However worst customer service. Especially from the manager! My family and I came on a Tuesday night & the blonde lady with glasses most likely the manager was ignoring myself & the customers behind me, waiting to get inside the store. She had shut the lights as we approached, packing up. When she walked out we asked why they’re closing so early when the operating hours on the door stated they shut their doors at 10pm. She shrugged her shoulders with rudeness saying there wasn’t enough workers. This isn’t the first time dealing with rudeness from her and her staff. They are rude, ignore customers and deal with no manners or respect.
Made the trip from Ryde today manager was locking up at 7:20 although the advertise being open until 10:00 then when asked why are you closed she shrugged me off no explanation whatsoever very rude! so I thought I’d try next door king tea and might I say… amazing! It really worked out in the end!
Came before dinner because there would be less people, there are only a fell costumers in the store and it took nearly 30min for them to prepare the 4 drinks.
I really enjoy the drinks, but twice now i have arrived at the store in opening hours only to find the shop closed. Once at approximately 8:30pm closing time 10pm and again at 11:15am today opening time 11am - the shop is just now opening at 11:30am. Hours should be clearly listened and stuck to!
When your trading hours says 11 am -10 pm open meaning it's supposed to open 11 am on the dot. Waited outside even your staff inside didn't acknowledge people are waiting outside your store. Just walked around seem busy but do nothing. Please update your trading hours!! Going to Coco for better customer service and they're open ON TIME
Hopeless staff!… take so long to make 2 drinks I thought I was going to die of old age! Ordered 2 lychee oolong, one of the drinks didn’t even have aloe in it! When I returned it they didn’t even bother to make me a new drink they just added aloe…they added enough aloe for 6 drinks!… yuk! Useless!… will go share tea from now on To Gong Cha management…fire these hopeless staff to save your business!
