What a worst customer service. One of the female staff expressed her unpleasant feeling in front of us and she did not understand the orders. We were excited to try new menu but even she did not know the new menu. Never visit again
Wow the brown sugar fresh milk with sticky brown sugar pearls is out of this world! Milk so fresh and sugar so brown. Only problem is that it’s $8. Expensive but delicious.
Go elsewhere. Took 25 minutes for a lychee oolong tea and the staff were rude and horrible.Food: 1/5
I made the place dirty for shopping and it was very beautiful and clean and all the services provided are wonderfulFood: 5/5
Shocking customer service. The female staffs sitting there eyes on their phone even I said Hi to them. When finally one of them put her phone aside and took my order, and her attitude was like I have been robbing her or like she’s doing free labouring. Ever since, I go to the store in Westfield, and the staff there are much nicer and doing their job well.
I went here twice and both times tried to scan my phone for reward points and it did not go through. You hear the beep buy it doesn’t get added to your points. When i brought it to their attention, i was told i should have done it before paying. I told them that i did say so before paying. Their solution was for me to wait for the next person to buy so i can scan their purchase for my points. I told them it’s not acceptable. She then fidgets on the register for less than 2minutes and said, “your point is added now”. Tacky and dodgy!
They watered down the tea ordered brown sugar no brown sugar at all..... Wth... Not bothered to act like a Karen, will never be back ever. Less ice request not fulfilled. Customer service is lacking.
Never come back to this store! The customer service is so bad. I ordered twice in this store, every time the staff look like fail their courses or the employer didn’t pay their salary. If you don’t want to work or don’t want to service customer, you can go home. Compared with other Gong cha store, this is worse one!
Gong Cha - the Queen of Bubble Tea in Australia There's something about Gong Cha Pearl Milk Tea - it's got a nice sweet caramel flavour to it
good service, nice tea, accept Amex too!
