This is one of my fave chains to get bubble tea in Sydney as I generally find it reliable - love the options of choosing my level of sweetness and ice!
Agree with previous poster Kylie Yu review. Girl with glasses working today. The royal milk tea was advertised at $5.80. She charged me $6.40. When I asked her why, she was incoherent. I then pointed to the sign and asked why the sign said $5.80 and she said the sign was 5 years old. I shrugged my shoulders and paid, and she threw a tantrum while making my milk tea, throwing utensils, sighing dramatically and showing an attitude. Customer service must be significantly replaced and improved in order for this business to survive.
Staff were friendly, apologetic when they didn't have an item, and easy to communicate with. However, the tea tastes significantly worse than other Gong Cha joints, with a rather watered-down quality. It tastes weaker and more watery. They are, however, very generous with the extra toppings.
This really feels like a fake gong cha shop. I’ve been to Singapore , Taiwan , It’s the worse I’ve ever had in the whole wide world. I ordered taro milk and oolong tea, I have to throw it away. It’s damaging to your brand.
Gongcha is my favourite boba tea place, but this specific location usually has very old products such as the mango pieces that aren't fresh. Also the drink tastes diluted, if you want Gongcha, I recommend going to the one in Eastgardens because theirs is more fresh and tastes better.
First impressions not great, shop is unkept and dirty with furniture stacked in the corner. Tried their Yomie's purple rice yoghurt copy and its far from the original so don't bother. Hope I don't get sick the blenders don't get rinsed until you order a drink, so if they're not busy it'll sit there in the sink with the flies for a while.
Just got one. Shop is very unclean.My drink was pre made. Did not taste anything like my usual drink. Please avoid at any cost. I probably give less than 1 star. Paid extra for a topping and then being told they only have half of the original serving .And if you are paying by card there is surcharge. Such a horrific place.
Gong Cha is my favourite but not this place. The staff were like zombies. The place is like a graveyard. Actually those is the only branch that's dead with no queue, very unlike other Gong Cha shops. And don't scan the QR code there. I scanned with NSW Service app, "This is not an NSW Government QR code" displayed on my phone. Beware of data mining in this place.
worst milk tea that i have ever had was from this joint. ordered it with herbal jelly. drink were lukewarm and you could taste the plastic that they were placed in. felt like throwing up after the first sip. if you cant make hot tea then say so
I dont know and what wrong with my drink was so horrible i ever had. Lemon yogurt was really suck. Green tea milk was really yuck! And the peach smootie not to bad. Kingsford gongcha.! Pls take care of your quality!! Dont make easy money without quality! We paid for tax and we paid everthing! No wonder i keep stay with chat time!
