Mature trees surround the well maintained main grassed area which is big enough for a soccer field and also used by the Agility Dog Club. An enjoyable and tidy park for a walk with your dog, a sealed path only at the western end leads past Bbq to the playground. Netball courts, unusual seating, BBQ, covered picnic tables and a small playground complete the park.
Always People Around. The Grounds are Consistently Mowed & Grounds Are Spotlessly Clean from Dog Poo The community in this area are Very, conscious of their Responsibilities & Surroundings. Unfortunately the Playground is Extreamly Limited, of Fun Entertaining for The Children. Very much Needs Updating. Considering how many people & the Amount of Children around, Due to Soccer Events Every Night of the Week & Weekends, Tennis Courts, Dog training.
Great Public reserve, council really takes good care all year round. Birkala FC soccer pitch for junior games Sunday during season. Just added lights for training Is hitting golf balls allowed? If not, signs needs to go up around the reserve. Man hitting golf balls while children playing on the oval. VERY DANGEROUS Can seriously injure someone !!!! 27/10/22 Playground: Good for young kids, needs a few more activities to make it great.
Great open space...good for families
Nice grounds used for agility dog competition occasionally.
