Great not to be attacked soon as you walk in the door and free to just check out the place in my own time. The staff were helpful to advise sales items of the same quality as items I was wanting to purchase for a lesser price.
I couldn’t find worse service if I tired! When you usually walk into a store you are greeted, my partner and I weren’t. We were in the shop for about 45 minutes, no one asked me if I need help, my partner was sort out help for himself and they couldn’t help what so ever. My partner asked how much individual golf clubs cost and the response was “I’m not sure, that’s a good question” they didn’t redirect him to clubs in his price range and overall weren’t helpful at all and didn’t wish us goodbye when we left. Clearly they didn’t want the money or the customers! If you are looking for a helpful, reliable golf shop to help will all of your inquiries, this is not the shop for you! My partner and I went to Drummond Golf and got exactly what we were looking for in our price range and in a timely manner!
Golf Box Osborne Park is hands down one of the best stores we’ve visited. The staff are amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. They make shopping here such a pleasant experience.nnIt’s actually my husband’s favourite store, and I can see why. Whether it’s picking out the latest gear or getting advice on clubs, this place always delivers. Highly recommend to anyone who loves golf!
