Love this shop. I'm so glad it's still around after discovering it was gone from the Harbour Town Shopping Centre. They are at Oxley Drive, Runaway Bay now, where the store is bigger and spacious, and there is parking right out the front.nI always buy my family's golf apparel here. There is a great selection of clothes and the quality is awesome and prices aren't that bad either. There is a Lawn bowls section of the shop, with clothes and bowls for sale.nThe staff here are always friendly and helpful.
Great service! And fast pistage. Goods as ordered. Great value. They even took the initiative to adjust my order to save me some money. Error was my fault, but they reached out without me asking. Brilliant. Will shop again.
Put in an online order which I left out part of my address , received a message the same day to correct this. When items delivered ,two days from ordering, I realised an item needed to be exchanged, again my error. Returned items to the store ,at the time it was quite busy, the lovely lady at the counter exchanged the items with a delightful smiling attitude .nSo while in store I bought a couple of shirts. Prices here are always great .nThanks for your kind help
What can I say, the service I received was exceptional, delivery speed was excellent.nThey rang me prior to delivery telling there was a scuff mark on one of the shoes for delivery and offered a discount.nnUpon arrival,The mark was insignificant on one shoe and it would’ve been there five minutes after I put the shoes on anyway.nBravo, I will be happy to return as a customer
I wish we could pick up your store and move it along with all the staff to Brisbane. You are awesome, always super helpful and go out of your way to ensure the customer is happy. I enquired during the week to see if you stocked Loudmouth. Not only did you respond really quickly, you sent me some photos and a video clip of what is currently in stock. How fabulous is this! Good old-fashioned service and not to mention the best-value golf clothing I have ever seen ‍‍
