We have stayed here twice now and both times we have been extremely happy. Nice, tidy apartments with everything you would need for a trip away. This year we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment from a two bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it. The management team were great and attentive. We checked in late Friday afternoon and they responded to our issue and had it resolved within the hour. Perfect outlook overlooking the river and very big and spacious apartments. Note that each apartment is privately owned so some owners may be more responsive then others when it comes to repairs but the management will always put in 110%. Great place to stay during the Teneriffe festival as well. We will definitely be back next year!!!

That view! This was such a great place to stay, with ample parking and incredible river views. Coffee shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. The facilities were all great, and the staff were wonderful and allowed us to check out late which was so kind. The WiFi worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because the washing machine flooded the bathroom when we used it, perhaps a hose was undone or a drain was blocked? I assume they have repaired it now though.

We had rented a 3 bedroom apartment for our wedding ceremony for a very small number of family members to attend.  The ceremony was on the lovely balcony overlooking the Brisbane river - it was perfect.  We had cocktails in the unit which had plenty of room to accommodate us all. We also had a few swims in the large pool over the days we stayed there.   It was extremely comfortable and clean and we had everything that we required.  Highly recommended.

This is an amazing property.  It is clean, peaceful and a great location right on the river.  I love that it is safe for a single woman to walk around the neighborhood and on the river walk.  There are good restaurants next door and across the street.  The washer/dryer are very helpful for business travelers.  It is a wonderful family destination also. Absolutely beautiful.  We had a very short time here but I couldn't recommend it highly enough.  Had the one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, clean and we were lucky to have the river view, just magical.  Great area lots of restaurants and the river walk is just amazing.  Will definitely be visiting again.  Great customer service.

Have stayed here many times over the past 6 years. Friendly staff. Great appartments , affordable, very clean and modern. It is my go to place when I visit Brisbane. Close to everything. Short drive to airport and a short trip on the ferry to anywhere along the river. Walk to some awsome restaurants and supermarkets are close by.

It's a high class place with moderate budget. I booked the last room available and I did not regret it all!! the view is awesome!! the city is only 5 to 10 minutes drive depending on traffic. Please visit the nearby New Farm park which has a huge collection of rose variations for free of course and enjoy the walk along the river side.

It was a lovely room with a lovely view- the only reason I selected 4 stars was because there wasn’t air conditioning in the bedroom and the aircon in the lounge wasn’t quite big enough to reach the bedroom.  The location was 5 stars, the size of the room and furnishings were 5 stars, the view was 5 stars, the car park was 5 stars

Neat, clean and well appointed. Great little balcony overlooking the river. Unfortunately, no air conditioning in the bedroom, despite the living area aircon being turned up full - it made for an unpleasantly hot  and humid night
