Recently I had some beautiful repairs and remodelling done to my very precious old rings. He did such a lovely job. It was quick and reasonably priced .He very kindly bought some of my old unwearable gold jewellery from me to help pay for the work done.  He is delightful to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend this shop.

Excellent service from Andrew. I had 2 pieces of jewellery that needed repair. Before putting me to wasted expense, he examined the entire chain and the bracelet to check for signs of weakness at other points. Only when it was clear that the pieces were in otherwise good condition and could be repaired properly did he provide a quote which was very fair. I would recommend Gold Fever to everyone.

We chose Gold Fever for our engagement and wedding rings and we're so happy we did. Andrew took the time to understand what we were looking for. He helped us to choose the right rings, checked that they fitted perfectly and made sure they looked fabulous. We're thrilled with our rings and we can't recommend Gold Fever highly enough!

Gold Fever in Hampton is the best jeweller in Melbourne. The staff are all experts in their field and make you feel like you are one of the family. I have had the best jewelery made to specification and bought unique in stock items. In one word -excellent.!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to see if I could have a necklace admittedly a dainty one repired as it had one tear in the chain. The owner proceeded to pull the chain apart in front of me. When I protested he said condescendingly that the chain was faulty and that there was nothing he could do. In literally 3 years of owning the necklace and wearing it daily, it had only broken this once. I'm now left with a chain in 20 pieces, with no apology and no attempt to rectify the situation. Honestly the most horrific experience I've ever had. No accountability, no kindness, and not deserving of a cent of anyone's money. Do your self a favour an take your business literally anywhere else.
