Very entertaining for our party of eleven including five kids, 10 and under. Don't wear your best clothes if you intend on participating in the full experience... two of our party ended up with egg in their laps from missed catches ; Good food, and kids ate nearly everything without encouragement bonus!.

This place is awesome. Terry and his staff do the best priced teppanyaki that you would ever find, the food is exceptional and the entertainment is second to none. I must have been here over 30 times and it would be by far my favourite restaurant in Brisbane.

Fantastic, what a great way to celebrate a teenage birthday, chefs were entertaining, funny, food was fresh and very yummy. Thanks for the fun. We will be back :

Just had my birthday dinner last night. I used to work two different Japanese restaurants before and they both have teppanyaki but I'd say Golden Wood makes better atomosphere than them! They probably don't have fancy decorations but they definitely have good food and service. Highly recommended it. Well done Golden Wood.

Food are good but some dishes are of limited serving.  Services are 5-star.  Limited parking space.

Awesome night, now 2 occasions for 2 birthday events, both times extremely enjoyable with great laughs and memories made for all. Highly recommended
