Their honey chicken 10pcs of it out of 8pcs all flour . I tot I ordered a vegetarian honey chicken make from flour. Feedback to the shop owner the answer I got is ' I also dunno , it's from the chef , no idea why like that? $19.80 a plate of honey flour instead of honey chicken. Won't be back again!!
It was almost lunchtime around 11:15am last Wednesday 15/03/2023. The Restaurant was to open at 11:30am to serve for lunch and the Staff was inside eating there food, perhaps having a break before they were to open. I tried to get the attention of the Lady staff and soon as I pushed the door open and haven't even entered but trying to ask about the lunch menu and to my disappointment, I found the Lady staff to be rather rude and just waving her arms trying to tell me they were closed and not open yet. I then found out from another colleague that regularly orders lunch from there that he had experienced the same sort of service and adding that he wasn't the only one that was treated like that. Overall wasn't happy but when I picked up my order, I said a few words to the lady and was greeted along with a smile and suggested to her to often wear that smile that it would go a long way for the on going business with more positive feedback from word of mouth as I considered to try. The next day I dropped in to say thank you for the lunch which I was happy and mentioned about the lady's attentive to customer service was poor and appalling that she needs to be more nice in future and to my surprise the Man replied that she was very grumpy and was always like the way she was to me. No more to say and I was done after that comment.
The szechuan chicken & fried rice is delicious, cooked well and of a good portion size. The man who works there is very friendly & courteous.
Wow! What a great experience. I ordered chicken chow mein with crispy noodles, and although they forgot to put the noodles in there hehe, it was still delicious! And the service was amazing, I had a shopping trolley with me, so the gentleman ran to the door to open it for me, he was very polite and kind. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again
BLAND BLAND BLAND, their food has zero flavour, we have tried many dishes, many times, hoping that next time it will be better and it never is, even their fried rice is boring, so no more for us. The reason I even gave them 1 star is because their food is ready super quick, maybe that's why it lacks flavour ‍
We have dined here 3 times in the last few months, and have been so impressed. The service has been super polite, and fast. Every dish we have ordered has been so tasty, and our guests agree too. We will be long time customers, and can't wait to try different dishes, thank you.
Not a very good experience will never recommend as so dirty the cutlery was not washed properly and the food was awful
Do not EVER order delivery from this restaurant. The driver took over 40 minutes touring the country for a 5 to 9 minute drive in the same suburb as the restaurant. He turned off the tracking map so I couldn't see where he was. When I asked where he had been and what had taken so long he just started shouting at me and waving receipts at my face. I had already called the restaurant twice and they didn't know where he was but he had left with my food more than half an hour ago. My food was not just cold, it was half soggy and half like cardboard. It was a real shame because when I have eaten in at the restaurant it was usually good food. NEVER AGAIN!
Came here for dinner. The entree were average to say the least flavor wise The wait staff were totally incompetent Time for mains we had our plates stacked to be replaced. The waiter said to use our old cutlery Amd couldn’t bring new ones out. Also he didn’t find it appropriate to remove the empty drink containers. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
Terrible food. While the dining area looks nice I can assure you the food was awful. The seafood combination was clearly frozen and reheated poorly with a bit of sauce dumped on top. The fried rice tasted days old, mushy and gross. While I was eating the table near me had a hot plate dish that filled the whole dining area in smoke that did not dissipate clearly not ventilated causing me to choke and leave early. Over-priced frozen rubbish, would have been better off with a box from the Coles deli.
