The tan lounge is super convenient and easy to use. The staff are incredibly helpful and can call you to assist with any questions or talk you through it. Could not have asked for a better experience! Bella was extremely helpful, no issue was too much for her and her instructions were perfect. She made the entire process hassle free and was patient, personable and understanding. I absolutely loved my first visit to the tan lounge, they have literally thought of everything! A quick and easy process with every facility you could dream of! If you are thinking of going here I would highly recommend it! Absolutely amazing. Myself and my friend got a tan done together before our beach holiday to Vietnam and we had the best experience. The staff were amazing and so helpful and informative. Any issues or questions we had were promptly addressed. Our tans came out perfectly and looked great for our trip.
I went late at night and from the time booking online to arriving I was communicate with well. Access was given remote and Em talked me through the process once I had arrived. It was a little intimidating at first but if you follow the instructions it is a super easy process and my tan is awesome! Love the concept and the set up was clean, fun and well kid out. This was my first time going to Tan Lounge, and I will definitely be coming back again. The space was so nice and spacious and clean, and the service I got over the phone from Em was amazing! She was so helpful and friendly and made my first time here a wonderful experience. The tan itself is so even and great coverage, the colour that Em helped me choose is exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for a great spray tan and wonderful service then definitely book here!
The facilities and staff are lovely. But the tan is patchy and has a strong "tan smell." I've had other machine tans over the years that have given me better results.Service: Tanning
What a great & convenient idea!. We start by pre-booking the experience with a $55 price tag. We were really looking forward to this experience! However unfortunately we didn’t really enjoy it. - the instructions on how to enter weren’t very easy. Once contact was made the lady was absolutely lovely, but super hard to hear her over the loud music playing in the shop. The shop was beautiful & very clean which was great! We followed the instructions and at this point we’re excited about the end result! After we washed it off the suggested time we were stoked with the colour, however the tan on both of us was incredibly patchy and some part just didn’t tan at all! A follow up text the next day from the company asked about our experience and the tan overall. We provided feedback that it was a good colour but patchy and didn’t hear anything back. We are so disappointed because we were expecting to love it and recommend it to everyone! Not sure how this could be fixed moving forward?Service: Tanning
I got recommended Tan Lounge by a friend and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Im visiting from Sydney and needed a last minute tan for my black tie event. Bella was so amazing she explained everything so thoroughly and sent me instructions which were clear. If I could give 10/10 I would!! She listened to my instructions and recommended a colour #17 the nicest tan I’ve had in a while. Please bring this business to Sydney, we do not have anything like this and I will sign up to a membership. Couldn’t have asked for better service. So clean as well. I had a fantastic experience, the rooms were very clean with clear instructions on how to use the booth. I had a phone consultation prior to tanning to determine which shade would best suit my skin colour, and then a follow up message to see if I was happy.
