This is a small Chinese restaurant hidden away in Dunedin Town centre.  Came here for a celebration with family and friends. Surprisingly, the cooking here was good, and food was tasty. Though the style of cooking is different from our home country. Quite affordable, forget about the conversion rate. Helpings of food were generous.

While the food was good,  the service from the lady working there was border line rude. Go for the food, don't be surprised if service is abrupt. A simple question like what other soups would you recommend was met with "haven't you seen the menu"? and other such similar responses.Food: 4/5

The restaurant is located in the CBD area.  The place is quiet even though there are a lot of foot traffic.  The food was great and the serving size was huge, didn't expect that and we ordered quite a few from the menu. A goog place to eat for group of people.  A definite must try if you're in the area looking for Chinese food.

Their roasted duck is probably one of the best that I've had in New Zealand. Chicken sticky rice and other yum cha menu items are really delicious too. Totally recommended.

Had their fish head noodle soup Expensive, bland, and not Umami at all The soup was very fishy, it tasted like the water they used to boil the fish. And this bowl costs 17 dollars...  Very disappointed, ordered another dish to take out ‘pork ribs rice roll’, very bland with few soy sauce pour on top, hard to chew ribs  Heard from friend that this place is good. But the dishes here are bland and expensive, will not come back again

Their dim sum 5/5 and other food 5/5 Their food was super fresh and tasty!!! Even sweet and sour pork was so fresh, I was so surprised!! Will defo visit again

Me and my partner decided to try this place as it opened relatively recently, and we were not disappointed! We ordered lots of starters, which are normally on the yum cha menu during lunch. The tripe and the fried squid were probably my favourites, but all of the dishes were really good! Even my partner who is normally hard to impress  was really happy with all of the food. The place also has a really nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. We’re definitely going back!

Very friendly staff and delicious food with a real Chinese flavor.

Had dim sum there and they were really good! Thank you so much for the effort. My chef husband was also impressed with their clean and tidy kitchen.
