We had a great experience! The gentleman was quite lovely, funny and kind to us. We returned home to have the wrong order. I called and the gentleman was quick to say he was sorry & we could keep the wrong order as well as our correct order. It was such a great gesture & we really appreciated how great the service was.
Just got home from dinner. I am never one to write a review but after reporting several hairs in two different dishes and dirty plates, we were severely abused by the owner and his staff.
Manager was super friendly. I ordered king prawns in garlic butter and king prawn fried rice. The fried rice was disappointing. No king prawns and very little shrimp, for the price, I expected more. The garlic king prawns were delicious though.
Ever since we have moved from New Zealand we have been craving for good Chinese food and we finally found it at Golden Hill Chinese Restaurant in Beaumont Hills and the service provided by the owner Jeffrey is just outstanding. Thanks Jeffrey for being a wonderful host
We have support this restaurant over the past year as have many of our friends and to be told that we are now to be charged some ridiculous expensive delivery fee without justification is disgusting. We have never objected to paying a delivery fee in the past but tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. You've lost 13 loyal customers because of your greed!!!!!!!
Been going here since it first opened and after management changed the quality of the food and service has remained great. Prices are reasonable and the food is amazing. Whenever I go to Chinese anywhere else I always feel it's never as good as this place!
The food is top quality as is the variety. Geoffrey and his staff are extremely courteous and friendly. No better Chinese anywhere. Big servings at a reasonable price. I recommend the Billy Kids chicken and combination short soup. Do your self a favour eat in or take away but don't miss out.
We chose to dine in and wished we hadn't. We had a baby with us and our entree took over half an hour, then our mains an hour after that. We were 1 of 2 tables occupied in the restaurant, they clearly prioritised the take away customers and we would have had the food delivered and finished by the time it arrived if we'd ordered take away. When it finally came it was mediocre at best, we will not be going back.
Good food. Good service. Always tasty & fresh. I've been here many times. I got an incorrect order today & they replaced it without hassle. Been here many times with no issues.
Really good honey chicken & satay chicken. Cannot speak for the other dishes but they are great!. My partner and I usually get take away once a week or once a fortnight and this is our go to. Highly recommend, have always been on time or earlier when getting delivery. Only down side is it’s somewhat more expensive then other Chinese take aways. Besides that quality.
