Sad food - seriously soggy chips, but exceptional service with an offer to replace said chips. Fresh sangas were great. Good choice of hire trailers too. Good access.
The worst service from a fast food / cafe shop I have ever experienced by multiple staff members. Arrived in the morning - walked in - no one was at rosies chicken counter - I saw a lady in the kitchen - I said "excuse me" - she proceeded to call out another employees name and started to bang and clang the pots and pans - the other employee did not come so after a few mins the lady 5-7, Black hair tied back and black glasses walked out - she said what would you like - I said and pointed to 3 x large dim simms and 3 chilli chicken strips - she proceeded to get 3 x small dim simms and 2 chilli chicken strips - she then proceeded to charge me for them - which I paid for - when I picked up the bag and saw the order was wrong - I informed her - and she said - I have already charged you for them. So i said - I'll have 3 of the large dim simms thanks - and pointed again to the larger ones - she said - oh they are chicken simms - and proceeded to bag them up - then charged me for these as well - without refunding or even wanting to refund the first ones. Very "rude" service - it's not the first time - so far about 4 times by 3 different staff members. I now buy most of my fast food and items from else where. The guys on the shell are awesome but the service at rosies's chicken is pathetic.
Fantastic service, friendly staff, delicious food, easy access and parking shelves well stocked and kids get a free lollie pop.
