Totally disgusted with the level of service provided . My luggage was ripped during the transfer resulting in my new Samsonite luggage being ripped , when i saw then take the bag out i saw a piece of  loose metal wire  in the baggage compartment, I advised them that there was a loose metal and they totally ignored me. I then filed a complaint and they said that the bag was ripped beforehand. They did not admit fault even though i saw it the bags being handled. Stay away from this company as there customer service is appalling.

Not recommended at all , I booked bus to airport 3:18am but bus didn’t came , I waited until 4:30 and catch Uber to airport spend another $100 (my flight was 6am) I need an explanations....

This is not a shuttle service, this is a bus service. Waited 40 minutes at the airport for the next 'shuttle', and 25 minutes after checkout. The local bus service or a taxi/uber would be cheaper and faster.

Amazing company
great customer service
picked up straight from door and dropped of at chosen place
was always on time and was always welcomed by a friendly face
took away all the stress of having to use public transport and rely on that.
